For 2019, there are two housing options:
- Housing option 1 is the Bunkhouse (8 men per cabin) at $265
- Housing option 2 is the Upgraded Cabin (4 men per cabin) at $325
Prices include meals, snacks and all materials needed for the weekend. There may be optional events (e.g. Ropes course) that require additional fees if you desire to participate.
Expedition of the Heart uses PayPal to process online payments. When you click the Pay Now button you will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete the transaction. If you have a PayPal account you can log in and use it to pay. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay online by following the instructions on their website under "Don't have a PayPal account?"
Our finances are run through Common Ground Ministries. You will get a confirmation from PayPal via email when your transaction is complete. When the Expedition of the Heart team has finished processing your registration, you will receive confirmation via email.
We will notify you when your registration is received. In the event space is full, you will receive a full refund. Once your registration is confirmed, you can cancel up to 30 days prior to the event and receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $75 cancellation charge.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
